Thank you for visiting our web site. Please use the navigation bar above to access information regarding our on-site programs, services, and home studies. As you may know our final year of the advanced practice manual therapy series concluded 2016. We now only offer private contract courses.
We are proud to provide a number of home studies to our scope of services; however, 2017 will be the last year these studies are available for CEU credit. Also, beginning June 1, 2017 Texas physical therapist and physical therapist assistant license renewals no longer require the ethics course. You’ll satisfy your ethics requirement as part of the jurisprudence test that accompanies relicensure.
We continue to offer privately contracted and co-sponsorsed courses. This is an excellent way to provide effective and efficient one or two day continuing programs for you, your staff, and invited colleagues. Please click on the this private course link for additional information.
Click here for information on an APTA credentialed orthopedic physical therapy residency employment opportunity that I’m involved with at UT Southwestern. We accept two new residents each ear beginning in March. Licensed physical therapists are also eligible to attend the long-term clinical education programs associated with the residency. We also accept one physical therapist each year for our accredited sports physical therapy residency program. The sports resident begins their year-long position in July of each year. Information about the sports residency program is also available. Please contact Ed Mulligan for more information.
For those unaware, after 10 years of publication we discontinue our clinical newsletter in 2016.
